Kate is an experienced auditor and business advisor with over 30 years’ experience of working with privately owned and ASX-listed companies across a broad range of business issues. A former senior partner and first female board member of top 4 accounting firm Deloitte, she has in recent years turned her focus, her energies, and considerable professional experience into Non-Executive Director roles. She is an experienced director of small to mid-cap companies listed on ASX and other global exchanges, with a successful track record in leading change involving new business models, new markets, and new technologies

Lucas co‑founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Eliza Corporation – the leader in health engagement management and patient communications. Eliza Corporation was later successfully acquired. Prior to the founding of Eliza Corporation, Lucas co‑founded and served as the Chief Operating Officer of Adheris Health, a leading firm in prescription adherence and patient education programs in the United States. Adheris Health acquired Adheris Health in November 2020. 

John Ciccio serves as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Adheris, bringing more than 20 years of experience in healthcare technology, patient engagement, and commercial strategy. His return to the company marks a strategic move to accelerate growth and innovation across Adheris.

John previously led Adheris (fka Adheris Health), as President and CEO, where he oversaw operations that supported over 180 million patients and 25,000 pharmacies across the U.S. Under his leadership, Adheris delivered measurable improvements in medication adherence, patient activation, and pharmaceutical brand performance through advanced analytics and behavioral insights.

Prior to rejoining Adheris, John held executive roles at Syneos Health, including Chief Operating Officer, Technology & Data Solutions, and Head of Clinical Solutions. He also co-founded and led Rota Health, a digital health startup focused on modernizing clinical delivery models.

Known for his strategic vision and operational rigor, John currently serves on the boards of OS Therapies and Full Code Medical, advising early-stage ventures on market entry, fundraising, and growth.

John earned his degree from Harvard University and is recognized for building high-impact teams, fostering innovation, and delivering strong returns across the healthcare value chain. At Adheris, he is focused on scaling intelligent patient engagement solutions that create value for pharmaceutical partners, retail pharmacies, and investors alike.
